I'm a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Elite in Colonial Beach, Virginia, where I live and where I've helped buyers and sellers for 12 years.
My story

Have you ever sat down at your desk, looked around, and thought exactly that? That was me, quite a few years ago now.
I had a wonderful career as a civilian with the Department of Defense, but it wasn't what I was passionate about. I had fifteen years of experience in sales and service, marketing, and contract negotiation, and I wanted to put it to work doing something I loved. Real estate was it.
Those years show up in every deal. Marketing is how I get a home seen by the right buyers. Negotiation is how I protect my clients when it's time to talk price, inspections and repairs. And service is the part my clients mention most: I answer the phone, I call back, and I keep you posted from the first showing to the closing table.
Today I specialize in Colonial Beach and the Northern Neck: waterfront homes on Monroe Bay and the Potomac, in-town homes near the beach, and new construction with Gray Construction. I also help buyers and sellers in King George, Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania, and I love working with people relocating here from out of state.
